What types of orders count toward my fundraiser?

You can order in-person or online at your selected Panda location. Online orders must be placed through the Panda Express website or App at your selected Panda location and your unique event code must be applied at time of online checkout. Orders placed directly on platforms such as Grub Hub, Door Dash, Uber Eats and Postmates do not count towards your fundraiser.

Who can participate?

Any organization registered as a nonprofit/501c(3)/tax-exempt organization are welcome to request a fundraising event. We request a federal tax ID (TIN/EIN) to confirm your organization’s nonprofit status. This number will be an 8-9 digit number and is typically formatted like so: 12-3456789 or 1-2345678

When can I schedule my fundraiser?

Dates and times vary based on location. When scheduling your event online, a calendar will provide you with the available dates at your desired location. A minimum two weeks notice is required to schedule your event. Most locations can host your event during normal business hours. If a time adjustment is needed, our Fundraiser Team will reach out to you to adjust the event start and/or end time.

Does Panda have minimum sales requirement to receive a check?

A $100 pre-tax minimum event sales amount will be required in order for your organization to receive a fundraising check. For most groups this is very simple to achieve. On average, just 10 supporters orders will generate $100 in event sales.
